a computerized processor; a matrix of actuators in communication with the computerized processor; a deformable surface coupled to the matrix of actuators; and a memory in communication with the processor, the memory storing specially-programmed instructions that when executed by the computerized processor result in; causing a first plurality of the actuators of the matrix of actuators to set a first portion of the deformable surface to a first height different than a default height of the deformable surface; and causing, by at least one actuator of the plurality of actuators and while the first portion of the deformable surface is set to the first height, a first Braille character to be output by the first portion of the deformable surface. - View Dependent Claims (14, 15, 16, 17)
