wherein said keeper portions at least partially surround the head of the fastener; and
wherein said keeper portions have at least some of their outer surface in contact with an internal surface of the cup.

a cup comprising an aperture at its lower end and opposed rod channels; -
a fastener extending through the aperture at the lower end of the cup and comprising a head and a body; and a plurality of keeper portions, said keeper portions having an outer surface and an inner surface;
wherein said inner surface is shaped to mate with said head of said fastener;
