1. A method used by a network infrastructure to support a plurality of user devices and a plurality of advertiser, the network infrastructure comprising:
- storing a plurality of data collections in a first database, the plurality of data collections corresponding to a plurality of advertisements;
delivering to the first user device of the plurality of user devices first web page data that is used by a first user device of the plurality of user devices to collect user data;
identifying a first data collection from the plurality of data collections, the first data collection including first advertising data, a first limitation, and a first web page link, the identification of the first data collection involving a consideration relating to both the user data collected and the first limitation;
delivering at least a portion of the first data collection to the first user device;
associating a monetary cost based on advertising activity information related to the first data collection;
supporting a browser based interface for communicating with a first of the plurality of advertiser systems;
receiving, via the browser based interface, status information, the status information being related to the advertising activity information;
receiving, via the browser based interface, a second data collection for storage within the first database;
supporting a program interface for communicating with a second of the plurality of advertiser systems; and
receiving, via the program interface, a request relating to a portion of the plurality of data collections.

Abstract
An online sales/automatic rebate and coupon redemption system provides online customers automatic retrieval and redemption of all applicable rebates and coupons during purchase. Purchase orders from customers are selectively fulfilled and products are shipped to the customers either by the system for online sales with automatic rebate and coupon redemption or by other merchant or manufacturer environments. The system purchases from merchants using applicable coupons and rebates and then sells the products to the customers, passing the savings to them. The system makes it possible to automatically retrieve coupons and rebates for items in a shopping cart during the activity of an online purchase at an electronic mall or an online merchant site. The system provides coupons to potential customers via email, based on customer profile, geographical information, etc. Manufacturers and merchants can update coupon value and content based on ongoing sales and volume of customer activity.
