Abstract

The present invention relates to a container comprising at least a dry concentrate, wherein the dry concentrate is designed such that it forms at least one acid liquid concentrate, or a part of an acid liquid concentrate, which is suitable for manufacturing at least on dialysis solution, on its dissolving in a liquid, preferably in water.

Claims

1. A container (10) comprising at least one dry concentrate (20), wherein the dry concentrate (20) is formed so that it forms at least one acid liquid concentrate or a part of an acid liquid concentrate which is suitable for manufacturing at least one dialysis solution on its dissolving in a liquid, preferably in water, and wherein the container (10) is designed such that it has at least one connection means (12) by means of which the container (10) can be coupled to a dialyzer or to a preparation unit for the acid liquid concentrate.

A container (10) in accordance with claim 1, characterized in that the container (10) has at least one introduction means (16) by which at least one liquid, preferably water, or at least one liquid, preferably water, and a gas, preferably air, can be introduced into the container (10) for the purpose of dissolving the dry concentrate (20), with the introduction means (16) being formed as a hose or at least comprising a hose, with provision further preferably being made that the introduction means (16) is dimensioned such that it projects up to and into the dry concentrate (20).

A container (10) in accordance with claim 1, characterized in that the container (10) has wall regions (17, 18) which face toward one another in at least one region and between which a trough-shaped region (19) or a recess is formed, with the dry concentrate (20) being at least also present in the trough-shaped region (19) or in the recess in the operating position of the container (10).

A container (10) in accordance with claim 1, characterized in that the connection means (12) is designed such that a connection of the container (10) is only possible to a coupling means of a dialyzer or of a preparation unit for a dialyzer, with provision preferably being made that the connection means has a first connector (120) and a second connector (122) which can be coupled to the coupling means and which have one or more hollow spaces, passages, lines or the like which are formed such that at least one liquid, preferably water as well as the acid liquid concentrate or at least one liquid, preferably water as well as the acid liquid concentrate and at least one gas, preferably air, flows through them in operation.

5. A container (10) in accordance with claim 1, characterized in that the container (10) is made as a stand-up container.

A container (10) in accordance with claim 1, characterized in that the container (10) has, at least two films or precisely two films, which form the container walls, with one of the films having a folded section in the empty state of the container (10) which forms a container wall in the filled state of the container (10).

Use of a container (10), characterized in that the container (10) is a container (10) in accordance with claim 1 and the container (10) is used for manufacturing an acid liquid concentrate which serves, in turn, for manufacturing a dialysis solution, preferably a dialysis solution for hemodialysis.

8. Use of a concentrate located in a container (10), characterized in that the container (10) is a container (10) in accordance with claim 1;

and in that the acid liquid concentrate present therein is used for manufacturing a dialysis solution, preferably a dialysis solution for hemodialysis.

9. Use of a container in accordance with claim 7, characterized in that the container is a stand-up container whose stand-up section is arranged at the top on the use of the container (10).

A dialyzer or preparation unit, wherein the preparation unit serves the manufacture of a concentrate for manufacturing a dialysis solution, characterized in that the dialyzer or the preparation unit is coupled to a container (10) in accordance with claim 1 or for coupling to such a container (10).

A dialyzer or preparation unit in accordance with claim 10, characterized in that the dialyzer or the preparation unit has means which are designed such that at least one liquid, preferably water, or at least one liquid, preferably water, and at least one gas, preferably air, can be introduced or is introduced through these means into the container (10) coupled to the dialyzer or to the preparation unit.

A dialyzer or preparation unit in accordance with claim 10, characterized in that the dialyzer or the preparation unit has means which are designed such that the acid liquid concentrate located in the container (10) coupled with the dialyzer or with the preparation unit can be led off or is led off through these means from the container (10), with provision preferably being made that these means are partly or completely the same means through which the at least one liquid, preferably water, or the at least one liquid, preferably water, and the at least one gas, preferably air, can be introduced or is introduced into the container (10) coupled with the dialyzer or with the preparation unit.

A dialyzer or preparation unit in accordance with claim 10, characterized in that at least one control or regulation unit is provided which is designed such that it controls or regulates the supply of liquid, preferably water, or the supply of liquid, preferably water, and gas, preferably air, into the container (10) and/or the leading off of gas, preferably air, and/or of the acid liquid concentrate from the container (10).

16. A method of manufacturing a liquid concentrate which serves the manufacture of a dialysis solution, characterized in that it is an acid liquid concentrate;

and in that the method comprises the following steps;

a) coupling a container (10) in accordance with claim 1 to a dialyzer or to a preparation unit;

b) dissolving of the dry concentrate (20) in the container (10); and

c) leading off of the acid liquid concentrate obtained by the dissolving of the dry concentrate (20) from the container (10).

17. A method in accordance with claim 16, characterized in that a liquid, preferably water, or a liquid, preferably water, and gas, preferably air, introduced into the container (10) for the purpose of dissolving the dry concentrate (20);

and/or in that gas, preferably, air is led off out of the container (10); and

/or in that the acid liquid concentrate led off out of the container (10) is used for manufacturing a dialysis solution.

18. A method in accordance with claim 16, characterized in that the acid liquid concentrate located in the container (10) is only led off from the container (10) when the dry concentrate (20) located therein is completely dissolved.

19. A method for manufacturing a container in accordance with claim 1, characterized in that the method comprises the following steps:

providing two films, introducing a fold into one of the films and connecting, preferably welding, the two films to manufacture the container.

A dialyzer or a preparation unit, wherein the preparation unit serves the manufacturing of a concentrate for manufacturing a dialysis solution characterized in that the dialyzer or the preparation unit has at least one connection means (16, 52) by means of which a compressed air line means is connectable or connected to a liquid line means, with liquid or liquid and gas being suppliable by means of the connection means (16, 52) to a container (10) including at least one dry concentrate (20), and wherein acid liquid concentrate (20) is able to be led off out of the container (10) by means of the connection means (16, 52), wherein the dialyzer or the preparation unit furthermore has the characterizing features in accordance with claim 10.

A dialyzer or a preparation unit, wherein the preparation unit serves the manufacturing of a concentrate for manufacturing a dialysis solution, characterized in that the dialyzer or the preparation unit has at least one connection means (16, 52) by means of which a compressed air line means is connectable or connected to a liquid line means, with liquid or liquid and gas being suppliable by means of the connection means (16, 52) to a container (10) including at least one dry concentrate (20), and wherein acid liquid concentrate (20) is able to be led off out of the container (10) by means of the connection means (16, 52).

A dialyzer or preparation unit in accordance with claim 14, characterized in that at least one control or regulation unit is provided which is designed such that it controls or regulates the supply of liquid, preferably water, or liquid, preferably water, and gas, preferably air, into the container (10) and/or the removal of gas, preferably of air, and/or of the acid liquid concentrate out of the container (10).
