1. A system for tracking and measuring units of time that elapse between scanning-based transactions, comprised of:
- one or more mobile devices capable of scanning bar codes and radio tags, collecting data and transmitting data, one or more servers loaded with software, in remote communication with the one or more mobile devices,a database resident on the one or more servers which is capable of compiling and collecting data received from the mobile devices,a software program loaded on the one or more mobile devices which tracks time between the scanning of each bar code or radio tag resulting in a transaction, wherein the software program transmits transaction information to the one or more servers which communicate with the other mobile devices and send an alert when a specified time is reached.
