An embodiment or embodiments of an information handling apparatus can comprise a library comprising a plurality of functions and components operable to handle a plurality of objects. The information handling apparatus can further comprise an entitlement vector operable to assign entitlement to at least one of a plurality of resources to selected ones of the plurality of functions and components.
