1. A portable information display terminal comprising:
- a display portion displaying information;
a housing provided with said display portion on a surface thereof;
a state detection sensor to detect at least a use state of said housing and said display portion by sensing an inclination of said housing;
an imaging portion capable of imaging a user'"'"'s face; and
a control portion detecting an orientation of the face with a face detection function on the basis of data of the user'"'"'s face imaged by said imaging portion and performing control of switching an orientation of a screen display of said display portion on the basis of a result of detection of the orientation of the face and a result of detection by said state detection sensor.
