1. A variable slope vibrating screen for material processing comprising:
- a support structure which is configured to be adjusted to variable angles;
a variable slope vibrating screen configured for sorting aggregate by size, said variable slope vibrating screen being supported at variable slopes by said support structure;
a discharge output configured for creating a pile of sorted aggregate; and
a hydraulic system configured to apply a biasing damping force which is directed for biasing a portion of said variable slope vibrating screen against a portion of said support structure, so as to reduce relative movement between said variable slope vibrating screen and said support structure.

A compact mobile variable angle vibrating screen with a suspension and dampening system configured to rapidly accommodate variable angles and exhibit acceptable vibration levels; especially during power up and power down surge vibration at the variable angles. The system comprises a group of bi-directional dual pivot leg vibration damper mechanisms, including nesting tubes, one with holes for receiving pins and the other with a semi-circular cutout at the bottom edge.

8. A variable slope screen comprising:

a vibrating screen configured to sort material by size; a tiltable screen base frame rigidly coupled to said vibrating screen; a lower frame having a pivot point thereon where said tiltable screen base frame pivots with respect to said lower frame; a first support leg coupled to said tiltable screen base frame; a second support leg coupled to said lower frame; means for adjusting a combined length characteristic of said first support leg and said second support leg; and means for reducing slack between said first support leg and said second support leg during operation of said vibrating screen. - View Dependent Claims (9, 10, 11, 12)

13. A method of supporting a variable slope screen comprising:

providing a base frame configured to receive a vibrating screen; providing a lower frame with a pivot point for receiving said base frame in a non-rigid pivotable connection; providing an extendable support coupled to said lower frame and said base frame for adjusting an angular orientation of said base frame to said lower frame; lifting said base frame so as to increase a slope angle of said base frame; adjusting a length characteristic of the extendable support; supporting said base frame upon said pivot point and said extendable support without the continued use of hydraulic power; and compressing said extendable support to reduce slack therein by applying a substantially downward force on said base member. - View Dependent Claims (14, 15, 16, 17, 18, 19, 20)
