at least one utility instrument, shaped and sized to be securely retained within said brim portion and concealed therein, said utility instrument being removable from said brim portion and deployed via a hand-grip of said utility instrument that is accessible to the wearer of said headgear while said utility instrument is retained in said brim portion.
