1. A modular implantable system comprising:
- an implantable first circuit module configured to deliver a defibrillation shock;
an implantable second circuit module, physically separate from the first circuit module, configured to deliver antitachyarrhythmia pacing (ATP) therapy; and
a controller circuit configured to control delivery of the defibrillation and ATP therapy; and
a first sensing circuit, physically separate from the first circuit module and the second circuit module, the first sensing circuit including a sensor configured to sense a physiologic parameter and a wireless transmitter circuit to send a wireless communication to the controller circuit, and wherein the first sensing circuit is shaped and configured to be implanted within at least one of the heart and the vasculature.
