16. A method for manufacturing a permanent magnet rotor core motor comprising:

positioning at least a first permanent magnet and a second permanent magnet within a rotor core to generate a first rotor pole; positioning at least a third permanent magnet and a fourth permanent magnet within the rotor core to generate a second rotor pole; and providing a first portion of rotor core material to separate the first permanent magnet from the second permanent magnet and a second portion of rotor core material to separate the third permanent magnet from the fourth permanent magnet. - View Dependent Claims (17)
