- forming a functional film by coating a coating liquid by spin coating on a lens substrate, whereinthe coating liquid is a curable composition comprising a curable component selected from the group consisting of an organic silicon compound and an acrylate compound, and an essential solvent in the form of a ketone or ether solvent with a relative evaporation rate of less than 1.00 when denoting an evaporation rate of butyl acetate as 1.00.
