Abstract

One embodiment provides a charge/discharge determination apparatus for performing a charge/discharge control of a battery based on instructions given from charge/discharge instruction apparatuses, including: a battery information storage unit which stores battery information concerned with the battery; a charge/discharge information storage unit which stores charge/discharge information for charging/discharging the battery; a communication unit which receives a communication message concerned with an access request from each charge/discharge instruction apparatus; and a control unit which controls access from each charge/discharge instruction apparatus based on the battery information, the charge/discharge information and contents of the access request.

Claims

1. A charge/discharge determination apparatus for performing a charge/discharge control of a battery based on instructions given from charge/discharge instruction apparatuses, comprising:

a battery information storage unit which stores battery information concerned with the battery;

a charge/discharge information storage unit which stores charge/discharge information for charging/discharging the battery;

a communication unit which receives a communication message concerned with an access request from each charge/discharge instruction apparatus; and

a control unit which controls access from each charge/discharge instruction apparatus based on the battery information, the charge/discharge information and contents of the access request.

2. The charge/discharge determination apparatus of claim 1,

wherein the battery information contains access control information indicating the remaining number of control permits by which charge/discharge instruction apparatuses are accessible, and

wherein the control unit controls access from each charge/discharge instruction apparatus based on the access control information.

3. The charge/discharge determination apparatus of claim 2,

wherein the charge/discharge information contains charge/discharge power information concerned with charge/discharge power of the battery, and

wherein the control unit controls access from each charge/discharge instruction apparatus based on the contents of the access request and the charge/discharge power information.

4. The charge/discharge determination apparatus of claim 3,

wherein the charge/discharge information contains charge/discharge determination information indicating whether charge/discharge is permitted at a charge/discharge time or not, and

wherein the control unit controls access from each charge/discharge instruction apparatus based on the contents of the access request and the charge/discharge determination information.

5. The charge/discharge determination apparatus of claim 4,

wherein the battery information contains charge/discharge control information indicating charge/discharge operation information of the storage battery, and

wherein the control unit controls access from each charge/discharge instruction apparatus based on the contents of the access request and the charge/discharge control information.

6. The charge/discharge determination apparatus of claim 2,

wherein the remaining number of control permits in the access control information is limited to 1, and

wherein the control unit controls access from each charge/discharge instruction apparatus based on the access control information.

7. The charge/discharge determination apparatus of claim 6,

wherein the battery information contains authentication information of each charge/discharge instruction apparatus, and

wherein the control unit performs an authentication process between the charge/discharge determination apparatus and each charge/discharge instruction apparatus and controls access from each charge/discharge instruction apparatus upon a completion of the authentication process.

8. A charge/discharge determination method for performing a charge/discharge control of a battery based on instructions given from charge/discharge instruction apparatuses, comprising:

operating a communication unit to receive a communication message concerned with an access request from each charge/discharge instruction apparatus; and

operating a control unit to control access from each charge/discharge instruction apparatus based on battery information concerned with the battery and stored in a battery information storage unit, charge/discharge information stored in a charge/discharge information storage unit for charging/discharging the battery and contents of the access request.

9. A non-transitory computer-readable medium storing a charge/discharge determination program for performing a charge/discharge control of a battery based on instructions given from charge/discharge instruction apparatuses, the program causing a computer to execute a procedure, the procedure comprising:

operating a communication unit to receive a communication message concerned with an access request from each charge/discharge instruction apparatus; and

operating a control unit to control access from each charge/discharge instruction apparatus based on battery information concerned with the battery and stored in a battery information storage unit, charge/discharge information stored in a charge/discharge information storage unit for charging/discharging the battery and contents of the access request.
