Abstract

The present invention provides a radio field intensity measurement device having a display portion with improved visibility, in the case of measuring a weak radiowave from a long distance. In the radio field intensity measurement device, a battery is provided as a power source for power supply and the battery is charged by a received radiowave. When a potential of a signal obtained from the received radiowave is higher than an output potential of the battery, the power is stored in the battery. On the other hand, when the potential of the signal obtained from the received radiowave is lower than the output potential of the battery, power produced by the battery is used as power to drive the radio field intensity measurement device. As an element to display the radio field intensity, a thermochromic element or an electrochromic element is used.

Claims

1. A device comprising:

a circuit comprising a transistor attached to a sheet material;

a conductive film electrically connected to the transistor;

a thin film secondary battery electrically connected to the conductive film through an anisotropic conductive film or an anisotropic conductive paste; and

a display element electrically connected to the circuit,

wherein the transistor comprises indium, gallium, zinc and oxygen.

2. The device according to claim 1, wherein the sheet material is a film in which an antistatic material is dispersed in a resin, or a film to which an antistatic material is attached.

3. The device according to claim 1, wherein the device is a radio field intensity measurement device.

4. The device according to claim 1, wherein the conductive film is an antenna.

5. The device according to claim 1,

wherein the conductive film is configured to convert a received radiowave to an induction signal, and

wherein the thin film secondary battery is charged by a direct signal generated from the induction signal.

6. The device according to claim 4, wherein the antenna is one selected from the group consisting of a dipole antenna, a loop antenna, a Yagi antenna, a patch antenna, and a minute antenna.

7. The device according to claim 1, wherein the display element comprises a resistance heating element and a thermochromic element.

8. The device according to claim 1, wherein the display element comprises a voltage application element and an electrochromic element.

9. A device comprising:

a circuit comprising a transistor attached to a sheet material;

a conductive film electrically connected to the transistor;

a thin film secondary battery electrically connected to the conductive film through an anisotropic conductive film or an anisotropic conductive paste; and

a display element electrically connected to the circuit,

wherein the transistor comprises indium, gallium, zinc and oxygen, and

wherein a color of the display element is changed in accordance with a radiowave received by the conductive film.

10. The device according to claim 9, wherein the radiowave is sent from a computer or a stick including a radiowave emitter.

11. The device according to claim 9, wherein the sheet material is a film in which an antistatic material is dispersed in a resin, or a film to which an antistatic material is attached.

12. The device according to claim 9, wherein the device is a radio field intensity measurement device.

13. The device according to claim 9, wherein the conductive film is an antenna.

14. The device according to claim 9,

wherein the conductive film is configured to convert a received radiowave to an induction signal, and

wherein the thin film secondary battery is charged by a direct signal generated from the induction signal.

15. The device according to claim 13, wherein the antenna is one selected from the group consisting of a dipole antenna, a loop antenna, a Yagi antenna, a patch antenna, and a minute antenna.

16. The device according to claim 9, wherein the display element comprises a resistance heating element and a thermochromic element.

17. The device according to claim 9, wherein the display element comprises a voltage application element and an electrochromic element.
