a voltage monitoring circuit configured to monitor a voltage of the communication interface; and
a disconnection circuit configured to one of disconnect the communication interface when the voltage of the communication interface is outside a threshold range and prevent connection of the communication interface when the voltage of the communication interface is outside the threshold range.
