1. A method for operating a device, the method comprising:
- determining an expected usage of the device;
determining a charge level of a battery associated with the device;
tuning the charge level of the battery by at least one of;
charging the battery based on the determined expected usage of the device and the determined charge level of the battery; and
discharging the battery by changing an operation of the device based on the determined charge level of the battery and the determined expected usage of the device;
determining a current location and a destination location of the device; and
determining a route including multi-modal navigation based on the current location and the destination location,wherein the expected usage of the device is determined based on the determined route, and wherein the charge level of the battery is tuned for each of a plurality of modes in the multi-modal navigation.
