6. A communications control method for a control apparatus, the control apparatus comprising:
- a first processor which can be connected to a network; and
a second processor which includes a user interface, which is communicatively connected to the first processor, and which performs equipment control based on information input via the user interface and information obtained by the first processor from the network, whereinthe first processor hierarchically performs a process of a transport layer, an Internet layer, a data link layer, and a physical layer in communications via the network; and
whereinthe second processor performs a process of the application layer in communications with the first processor.
