1. A heart rate alarm system, comprising:

  • an article of clothing;

    at least two conductive units, wherein two conductive units of the at least two conductive units are two elastic bands, and the at least two conductive units are coupled to each other through at least one conductive fibric of the clothing;

    at least one alarm device disposed on the clothing for generating at least one alarm signal;

    a heart rate measurement unit coupled to the at least two conductive units for measuring a heart rate of a user to generate a heart rate value of the user through the at least two conductive units, determining whether the heart rate value of the user is normal, and generating a control signal according to a determination result through the at least two conductive units;

    a first transmission unit coupled to the heart rate measurement unit for transmitting the control signal to the at least one alarm device, and transmitting the heart rate value;

    a second transmission unit for receiving the heart rate value of the user; and

    an operation unit coupled to the second transmission unit for calculating a heart beat period, a heart physiological age, indicators of an autonomic nervous system, and/or a calorie consumption indicator of the user according to the heart rate value of the user.
