- determining a comfort curve speed as a function of curve data, said curve data being commensurate with a curve negotiated next by the motor vehicledetermining a target speed to be reached by the motor vehicle at a defined point of the curve as a function of the comfort curve speed; and
adjusting the speed of the motor vehicle by taking at least the target speed into account.
