Abstract

Systems, methods, computer-readable storage mediums including computer-readable instructions and/or circuitry for masking deceptive indicia in communications content may implement operations including, but not limited to: receiving one or more signals associated with communications content provided by a first participant in a communications interaction; modifying the communications content according to at least one indicia of deception; and providing communications content modified according to the at least one indicia of deception to a second participant in the communications interaction.

Claims

1. A system comprising:

means for receiving one or more signals associated with communications content provided by a first participant in a communications interaction;

means for modifying the communications content according to at least one indicia of deception; and

means for providing communications content modified according to the at least one indicia of deception to a second participant in the communications interaction.

2. The system of claim 1, wherein the means for receiving one or more signals associated with communications content provided by a first participant in a communications interaction comprises:

means for receiving one or more image signals.

3. The system of claim 1, wherein the means for receiving one or more signals associated with communications content provided by a first participant in a communications interaction comprises:

means for receiving one or more audio signals.

4. The system of claim 1, wherein the means for modifying the communications content according to at least one indicia of deception comprise:

means for modifying one or more indicia of deception detected in the communications content.

5. The system of claim 4, wherein the means for modifying one or more indicia of deception detected in the communications content comprises:

means for modifying one or more pixels of a video frame.

6. The system of claim 4, wherein the means for modifying one or more indicia of deception detected in the communications content comprises:

means for replacing one or more video frames including detected indicia of deception with one or more video frames not including the detected indicia of deception.

means for reducing a resolution of video communications content.

36. A method comprising:

receiving one or more signals associated with communications content provided by a first participant in a communications interaction;

modifying the communications content according to at least one indicia of deception; and

providing communications content modified according to the at least one indicia of deception to a second participant in the communications interaction.

37. A computer-readable medium comprising computer-readable instructions for executing a computer implemented method, the method comprising:

receiving one or more signals associated with communications content provided by a first participant in a communications interaction;

modifying the communications content according to at least one indicia of deception; and

providing communications content modified according to the at least one indicia of deception to a second participant in the communications interaction.
