Abstract

An electronic cigarette container has a main body section having a hollow interior, the main body section having an open top end. A top cover is coupled to the main body section to cover the open top end. A holding mechanism is formed at a bottom end of the main body section to hold an electronic cigarette

Claims

1. An electronic cigarette container comprising:

a main body section having a hollow interior, the main body section having an open top end;

a top cover coupled to the main body section to cover the open top end; and

a holding mechanism formed at a bottom end of the main body section to hold an electronic cigarette.

2. The electronic cigarette container of claim 1, further comprising a securing mechanism formed on an interior surface of the top cover, wherein the securing mechanism removes the electronic cigarette from the container when the top cover is removed from the main body.

3. The electronic cigarette container of claim 2, wherein the securing device is a circular tube member, a diameter of the circular tube member dimensioned to allow the electronic cigarette to be inserted and secured therein.

4. The electronic cigarette container of claim 1, further comprising a tab member formed on the top plate member.

5. The electronic cigarette container of claim 4, wherein the tab member is foldable.

6. The electronic cigarette container of claim 5, further comprising a locking device formed on the tab to secure the tab in a folded down position.

7. The electronic cigarette container of claim 1, further comprising a spring loaded device formed in the holding mechanism.

8. The electronic cigarette container of claim 1, wherein the main body section is a tapered triangular shape.

9. The electronic cigarette container of claim 1, wherein the main body section is formed of a translucent material.

10. The electronic cigarette container of claim 1, wherein the top cover comprises:

a top plate member, wherein the top plate member is dimensioned to be larger than the open top end; and

side wall members extending down from the top plate member.

11. The electronic cigarette container of claim 10, wherein the side wall members are dimensioned to fit and hold the top plate member within the open top end.

12. The electronic cigarette container of claim 1, wherein the main body section has a closed bottom end.

13. The electronic cigarette container of claim 1, wherein the holding mechanism is a circular tube device.

14. The electronic cigarette container of claim 1, further comprising a raised platform formed on a bottom surface of the main body section, the holding mechanism formed on the raised platform.

15. An electronic cigarette container comprising:

a main body section having a hollow interior, the main body section having an open top end;

a holding mechanism formed at a bottom end of the main body section to hold an electronic cigarette

a top cover coupled to the main body section to cover the open top end;

a securing mechanism formed on an interior surface of the top cover, wherein the securing mechanism removes the electronic cigarette from the container when the top cover is removed from the main body; and

a tab member formed on the top cover;

wherein the securing device is a circular tube member, a diameter of the circular tube member dimensioned to allow the electronic cigarette to be inserted and secured therein.

16. The electronic cigarette container of claim 15, further comprising a locking device formed on the tab to secure the tab in a folded down position.

17. The electronic cigarette container of claim 15, further comprising a spring loaded device formed in the holding mechanism.

18. The electronic cigarette container of claim 15, wherein the top cover comprises:

a top plate member, wherein the top plate member is dimensioned to be larger than the open top end; and

side wall members extending down from the top plate member, wherein the side wall members are dimensioned to fit and hold the top plate member within the open top end.

19. The electronic cigarette container of claim 15, further comprising a raised platform formed on a bottom surface of the main body section, the holding mechanism formed on the raised platform.

20. An electronic cigarette container comprising:

a main body section having a hollow interior, the main body section having an open top end;

a holding mechanism formed at a bottom end of the main body section to hold an electronic cigarette

a top cover coupled to the main body section to cover the open top end;

a securing mechanism formed on an interior surface of the top cover, wherein the securing mechanism removes the electronic cigarette from the container when the top cover is removed from the main body;

a raised platform formed on a bottom surface of the main body section, the holding mechanism formed on the raised platform;

a tab member formed on the top cover;

a locking device formed on the tab to secure the tab in a folded down position.
