- determining a charging state level of a battery based on information about a battery state and information about a charging station;
generating control information corresponding to the charging state level using a predetermined state table; and
transmitting the control information to a vehicle control system associated with a mechanical motion of an electric vehicle, a vehicle multimedia system associated with multimedia apparatuses installed within the electric vehicle, and a service management system associated with a service using a mobile communication network,wherein each of the vehicle control system, the vehicle multimedia system, and the service management system controls a power usage of corresponding apparatuses based on the control information.
