- a base ingredient comprising cereal seeds, selected from one or more of polished or wholegrain seeds, said base ingredient being in form of a fluid or an anhydrous powder, wherein said cereal seeds are gluten-free cereal seeds; and
thickeners and flavorings, which give said food product a food substitute character suitable for use as such or in industrial or home-made preparations, or as a milk substitute or a vegetable drink.
