Abstract

A base station apparatus including: a transmitter, and a processor to control the transmitter to transmit true area information when a given event is not detected, and to transmit false area information when the given event is detected. A wireless communication system including: a mobile station apparatus; and a base station apparatus to transmit true area information to the mobile station when a given event is not detected, and to transmit false area information to the mobile station when the given event is detected.

Claims

1. A base station apparatus comprising:

a transmitter; and

a processor to control the transmitter to transmit true area information when a given event is not detected, and to transmit false area information when the given event is detected.

2. A base station apparatus according to the claim 1, further comprising:

receiver to receive authentication information related to authentication for communication from the mobile station apparatus in response to the true area information or the false area information.

3. The base station apparatus according to the claim 2, wherein

the transmitter further notifies the mobile station apparatus of an ability to establish communication according to the authentication information received from the mobile station apparatus,

the transmitter further transmits a request signal that requests the mobile station apparatus to transmit location information after the mobile station apparatus is notified of the ability to establish communication, and

the receiver further receives location information transmitted in response to the request signal.

4. The base station apparatus according to the claim 1, wherein the given event is a occurrence of a disaster.

5. The base station apparatus according to the claim 1, wherein the given event is an inability to communicate to a first node apparatus in a core network, and

the processor simulates processing of the first node apparatus in a core network, when the event is detected.

6. The base station apparatus according to the claim 3, wherein

the transmitter further transmits to the mobile station apparatus, the location information collected from other mobile station apparatuses.

7. The base station apparatus according to the claim 1, further comprising:

a core network interface transmits the location information for the mobile station apparatus to a second node apparatus via the core network.

8. The base station apparatus according to the claim 1, further comprising:

a core network interface to communicate to the core network;

wherein

the receiver further receives, from the mobile station apparatus, a transmission request, which is a signal used to call another mobile station apparatus,

the processor further counts the number of transmission requests, and

the core network interface transmits the number of transmission requests for the mobile station apparatus to a second node apparatus via the core network.

9. The base station apparatus according to the claim 2, wherein the processor calculates when to send the request signal according to an identifier specific to the base station apparatus.

10. A wireless communication system comprising:

a mobile station apparatus; and

a base station apparatus to transmit true area information to the mobile station when a given event is not detected, and to transmit false area information to the mobile station when the given event is detected.

11. A wireless communication method comprising:

transmitting, by a base station, to transmit true area information when a given event is not detected, and false area information when the given event is detected.
