Abstract

An apparatus and a method for transmitting/receiving downlink data channel signal transmission information in a cellular radio communication system using a Cooperative Multi-Point (COMP) scheme are provided. In the downlink data channel signal transmission information transmission method, a Base Station (BS) transmits downlink data channel signal transmission information including information related to Resource Elements (REs) scheduled for a downlink data channel signal transmission to a User Equipment (UE), and transmits downlink data channel signal non-transmission information including information related to REs through which a downlink data channel signal is not transmitted among the REs scheduled for the downlink data channel signal transmission to the UE.

Claims

1. A method for transmitting downlink data channel signal transmission information by a Base Station (BS) in a cellular radio communication system using a Cooperative Multi-Point (COMP) scheme, the method comprising:

transmitting downlink data channel signal transmission information including information related to Resource Elements (REs) scheduled for a downlink data channel signal transmission to a User Equipment (UE); and

transmitting downlink data channel signal non-transmission information including information related to REs through which a downlink data channel signal is not transmitted among the REs scheduled for the downlink data channel signal transmission to the UE.

The method as claimed in claim 1, wherein the downlink data channel signal transmission information includes first reference signal resource position information related to REs through which a first reference signal is transmitted, downlink data channel signal resource start position information related to a start position of the REs scheduled for the downlink data channel signal transmission, and second reference signal-demodulation reference signal relationship information indicating a relationship between a second reference signal and a demodulation reference signal.

The method as claimed in claim 1, wherein the transmitting of the downlink data channel signal transmission information to the UE comprises transmitting the downlink data channel signal transmission information to the UE based on information indicating whether the downlink data channel signal transmission information is transmitted using a Radio Network Temporary Identifier (RNTI).

The method as claimed in claim 3, wherein, if the downlink data channel signal transmission information is transmitted to the UE without using the RNTI, the UE receives the downlink data channel signal using a downlink data channel resource mapping scheme for a serving cell, or the UE receives the downlink data channel signal using a downlink data channel resource mapping scheme considering the CoMP scheme.

5. A method for receiving downlink data channel signal transmission information by a User Equipment (UE) in a cellular radio communication system using a Cooperative multi-point (CoMP) scheme, the method comprising:

receiving downlink data channel signal transmission information including information related to Resource Elements (REs) scheduled for a downlink data channel signal transmission from a Base Station (BS); and

receiving downlink data channel signal non-transmission information including information related to REs through which a downlink data channel signal is not transmitted among the REs scheduled for the downlink data channel signal transmission from the BS.

The method as claimed in claim 5, wherein the downlink data channel signal transmission information includes first reference signal resource position information related to REs through which a first reference signal is transmitted, downlink data channel signal resource start position information related to a start position of the REs scheduled for the downlink data channel signal transmission, and second reference signal-demodulation reference signal relationship information indicating a relationship between a second reference signal and a demodulation reference signal.

7. The method as claimed in claim 5, wherein the downlink data channel signal transmission information is transmitted based on information indicating whether the downlink data channel signal transmission information is transmitted using a Radio Network Temporary Identifier (RNTI).

8. The method as claimed in claim 7, further comprising:

receiving the downlink data channel signal using a downlink data channel resource mapping scheme for a serving cell, or receiving the downlink data channel signal using a downlink data channel resource mapping scheme considering the CoMP scheme if the downlink data channel signal transmission information is transmitted without using the RNTI.

9. A Base Station (BS) in a cellular radio communication system using a Cooperative Multi-Point (CoMP) scheme, the BS comprising:

a transmitter for transmitting downlink data channel signal transmission information including information related to Resource Elements (REs) scheduled for a downlink data channel signal transmission to a User Equipment (UE), and for transmitting downlink data channel signal non-transmission information including information related to REs through which a downlink data channel signal is not transmitted among the REs scheduled for the downlink data channel signal transmission to the UE.

The BS as claimed in claim 9, wherein the downlink data channel signal transmission information includes first reference signal resource position information related to REs through which a first reference signal is transmitted, downlink data channel signal resource start position information related to a start position of the REs scheduled for the downlink data channel signal transmission, and second reference signal-demodulation reference signal relationship information indicating a relationship between a second reference signal and a demodulation reference signal.

The BS as claimed in claim 9, wherein the transmitter transmits the downlink data channel signal transmission information to the UE based on information indicating whether the downlink data channel signal transmission information is transmitted using a Radio Network Temporary Identifier (RNTI).

The BS as claimed in claim 11, wherein, if the downlink data channel signal transmission information is transmitted to the UE without using the RNTI, the UE receives the downlink data channel signal using a downlink data channel resource mapping scheme for a serving cell, or the UE receives the downlink data channel signal using a downlink data channel resource mapping scheme considering the CoMP scheme.

13. A User Equipment (UE) in a cellular radio communication system using a Cooperative Multi-Point (CoMP) scheme, the UE comprising:

a receiver for receiving downlink data channel signal transmission information including information related to Resource Elements (REs) scheduled for a downlink data channel signal transmission from a Base Station (BS), and for receiving downlink data channel signal non-transmission information including information related to REs through which a downlink data channel signal is not transmitted among the REs scheduled for the downlink data channel signal transmission from the BS.

The UE as claimed in claim 13, wherein the downlink data channel signal transmission information includes first reference signal resource position information related to REs through which a first reference signal is transmitted, downlink data channel signal resource start position information related to a start position of the REs scheduled for the downlink data channel signal transmission, and second reference signal-demodulation reference signal relationship information indicating a relationship between a second reference signal and a demodulation reference signal.

15. The UE as claimed in claim 13, wherein the downlink data channel signal transmission information is transmitted based on information indicating whether the downlink data channel signal transmission information is transmitted using a Radio Network Temporary Identifier (RNTI).

The UE as claimed in claim 15, wherein the receiver receives the downlink data channel signal using a downlink data channel resource mapping scheme for a serving cell, or the receiver receives the downlink data channel signal using a downlink data channel resource mapping scheme considering the CoMP scheme if the downlink data channel signal transmission information is transmitted without using the RNTI.
