11. A method, comprising the steps of:
-
contacting a therapeutic agent with a composite material thereby forming a composite material with an associated therapeutic agent; contacting the composite material with the associated therapeutic agent with a first solution, wherein the first solution comprises a stabilizing agent, thereby forming a stabilized composite material; and substantially drying the stabilized composite material at a temperature for an amount of time, thereby substantially removing water from the stabilizing composite material. - View Dependent Claims (12, 13, 14, 15, 16, 17, 18, 19)
