1. A method of analyzing, reporting on, and optimizing digital content for searches performed on mobile devices, the method comprising:
- receiving digital content that includes one or more pages intended for display on various classes of devices;
receiving search results for one or more of the various classes of devices;
analyzing, by a processor, the digital content to determine one or more properties of the digital content that relate to placement of a reference to the digital content in the search results for the one or more of the various classes of devices;
analyzing the properties of the digital content to determine one or more optimizations to apply to the digital content to improve the placement of the reference to the digital content in the search results for the one or more of the various classes of devices; and
generating one or more recommendations for adapting the digital content based on the optimizations across the one or more of the various classes of devices.

The method may also include analyzing the properties of the digital content to determine one or more optimizations to apply to the digital content to improve the placement of the reference to the digital content in the mobile search results.
