Abstract

A container (2) for powder (1), a method for marking of the containers (2) for the powder (1) and an apparatus (200) for use of a powder (1). At least one RFID Chip (20) provided in the container (2), wherein the RFID chip (20) stores at least one set of parameters for material characterization of the powder (1) in the container (2). A unique key (21) is assigned to every type of powder (1) by means of which the data in the RFID chip (20) located in the container (2) are readable, writeable and updateable via an antenna (10) arranged outside the container (2).

Claims

1. A container for powder, comprising:

at least one RFID Chip arranged in a container, wherein said RFID chip stores at least one set of parameters for material characterization of a powder in said container; and

,

a key assigned to said powder by means of which said at least one set of parameters in said RFID chip is readable, writeable and updateable via an antenna arranged outside said container.

2. The container recited in claim 1, wherein said at least one RFID chip is attached to a bottom of said container.

3. The container recited in claim 1, wherein said at least one RFID chip is attached to a wall of said container.

4. The container recited in claim 1, wherein a plurality of RFID chips is arranged evenly distributed in said powder.

5. A method for marking containers for powder, comprising the following steps:

assigning at least one RFID chip to a container for a powder;

filling said powder into said container;

calling up a key for said at least one RFID chip by a manufacturer for an apparatus for use of said powder; and

,

reading, writing and updating data of said at least one RFID chip contained in said container by means of said key with an individual set of parameters via an antenna located outside said container.

6. The method recited in claim 5, wherein said individual set of parameters are read, written and updated during emptying of said powder (1) from said container (2).

7. The method recited in claim 5, wherein said individual set of parameters comprises setting values for an apparatus (200) for use of said powder (1) and setting values for at least one subsequent work step of said apparatus (200) for use of said powder (1).

8. The method recited in claim 5, wherein said individual set of parameters are batch and manufacturer verifications for said powder (1) and include a filling amount of said powder (1) in said container (2).

9. The method recited in claim 5, wherein said individual set of parameters includes material characterization of said powder (1) in said container (2).

The method recited in claim 5, wherein said individual set of parameters includes a residual quantity of said powder (1) in said container (2), wherein said residual quantity is detected during an emptying process in said apparatus (200) for use of said powder (1) and written onto said at least one REID chip (20).

The method recited in claim 5, wherein said individual set of parameters comprises a position of a suction means (6) with reference to a surface of said powder (1) in said container (2) so that, for renewed starting-up of said apparatus (200) for use of said powder (1) with a partially emptied container (2), said suction means (6) can be moved by means of an adjusting element (41) in a defined distance from said surface of said powder.

The method recited in claim 5, wherein said individual set of parameters comprises a position of a suction means (6) with reference to a surface of said powder (1) in said container (2) so that, for renewed starting-up of said apparatus (200) for use of said powder (1) with a partially emptied container (2), said suction means (6) can be moved by means of an adjusting element (41) in a defined immersion depth in said surface of said powder.

13. An apparatus for use of a powder, comprising:

a container for a powder;

a suction means for sucking up said powder from a surface of said powder out of said container and transporting said powder;

at least one RFID chip arranged within said container; and

,

at least one antenna arranged outside said container, for reading and/or writing from or onto said at least one REID chip, wherein only powder can be used in the apparatus which is released by means of said key.

14. The apparatus recited in claim 13, wherein said container stands on a scale and said at least one antenna is integrated in said scale.

The apparatus recited in claim 13, wherein an adjusting element is provided, which positions said suction means relative to said surface of said powder in said container on the basis of data present on said at least one REID chip in such a way that a required amount of said powder per unit of time for use of said powder is adjustable automatically.

16. The apparatus recited in claim 13, wherein said apparatus for use of said powder is an apparatus for coating a substrate.
