Abstract

Embodiments of the present invention provide a method for access control handover of a user between base stations, which includes: acquiring, by one of a first base station and a second base station, a closed subscriber group identifier CSG ID supported by the other base station and CSG membership information of a user equipment UE in the first base station; and if the CSG ID acquired by the one base station is the same as a CSG ID supported by the local base station, performing, by the one base station, access control on the UE according to the acquired CSG membership information of the UE in the first base station and an access mode of the other base station.

Claims

1. A method for allocating resources, the method comprising:

sending, by a second base station, a closed subscriber group identifier (CSG ID) supported by the second base station to a first base station, so that the first base station determines, according to whether a CSG ID supported by the first base station is the same as the CSG ID supported by the second base station, whether it is allowed to initiate a procedure of handing over a user equipment (UE) from the first base station to the second base station; and

if the first base station initiates the procedure of handing over the UE from the first base station to the second base station, receiving, by the second base station, CSG membership information of the UE in the first base station sent by the first base station, and allocating the resources to the UE according to the CSG membership information of the UE in the first base station.

2. The method according to claim 1, wherein sending the CSG ID comprises sending an X2 interface establishment request message to the first base station, wherein the X2 interface establishment request message carries the CSG ID supported by the second base station.

3. The method according to claim 1, wherein sending the CSG ID comprises sending an X2 interface establishment response message to the first base station, wherein the X2 interface establishment response message carries the CSG ID supported by the second base station.

4. The method according to claim 3, wherein before sending the X2 interface establishment response message, the method further comprises:

receiving, by the second base station, an X2 interface establishment request message sent by the first base station, wherein the X2 interface establishment request message carries the CSG ID supported by the first base station, so that the second base station is able to determine, according to whether the CSG ID supported by the second base station is the same as the CSG ID supported by the first base station, whether it is allowed to initiate a procedure of handing over the UE from the second base station to the first base station.

5. The method according to claim 1, wherein receiving the CSG membership information comprises receiving a handover request message sent by the first base station, wherein the handover request message carries the CSG membership information of the UE in the first base station.

38. A computer program product, comprising computer program code, which, when executed by a computer unit, will cause the computer unit to perform the steps of a base station according to claim 1.

6. A method for allocating resources, the method comprising:

receiving, by a first base station, a closed subscriber group identifier (CSG ID) supported by a second base station and sent by the second base station;

determining, by the first base station and according to whether a CSG ID supported by the first base station is the same as the CSG ID supported by the second base station, whether the first base station is allowed to initiate a procedure of handing over a user equipment (UE) from the first base station to the second base station; and

if the first base station determines that it is allowed to initiate the procedure of handing over the UE from the first base station to the second base station, sending, by the first base station, CSG membership information of the UE in the first base station, so that the second base station can allocate the resources to the UE according to the CSG membership information of the UE in the first base station.

7. The method according to claim 6, wherein receiving the CSG ID comprises receiving an X2 interface establishment request message sent by the second base station, wherein the X2 interface establishment request message carries the CSG ID supported by the second base station.

The method according to claim 6, wherein receiving the CSG ID comprises receiving an X2 interface establishment response message sent by the second base station, wherein the X2 interface establishment response message carries the CSG ID supported by the second base station, so that the first base station is able to determine, according to whether the CSG ID supported by the first base station is the same as the CSG ID supported by the second base station, whether it is allowed to initiate a procedure of handing over the UE from the second base station to the first base station.

The method according to claim 8, wherein before receiving the X2 interface establishment response message, the method further comprises sending, by the first base station, a handover request message to the second base station, wherein the handover request message carries the CSG membership information of the UE in the first base station.

10. An apparatus for allocating resources, the apparatus comprising:

a unit, configured to send a closed subscriber group (CSG) identifier (ID) supported by a local base station to a first base station;

a unit, configured to, if the first base station initiates a procedure of handing over a user equipment (UE) from the first base station to the local base station, receive CSG membership information of the UE in the first base station sent by the first base station; and

a unit, configured to allocate the resources to the UE according to the CSG membership information of the UE in the first base station.

11. The apparatus according to claim 10, wherein the unit configured to send the closed subscriber group identifier supported by the local base station to the first base station is specifically configured to:

send an X2 interface establishment request message to the first base station, wherein the X2 interface establishment request message carries the CSG ID supported by a second base station;

or

send an X2 interface establishment response message to the first base station, wherein the X2 interface establishment response message carries the CSG ID supported by the second base station.

12. The apparatus according to claim 10, wherein

the unit configured to receive the CSG membership information of the UE in the first base station sent by the first base station is further configured to receive an X2 interface establishment request message sent by the first base station, wherein the X2 interface establishment request message carries a CSG ID supported by the first base station;

and

the apparatus further comprises a unit, configured to determine, according to whether the CSG ID supported by the local base station is the same as the CSG ID supported by the first base station, whether it is allowed to initiate a procedure of handing over the UE from the local base station to the first base station.

The apparatus according to claim 10, wherein the unit configured to receive the CSG membership information of the UE in the first base station sent by the first base station is specifically configured to receive a handover request message sent by the first base station, wherein the handover request message carries the CSG membership information of the UE in the first base station.

14. An apparatus for allocating resources, the apparatus comprising:

a unit, configured to receive a closed subscriber group identifier (CSG ID) supported by a second base station and sent by the second base station;

a unit, configured to determine, according to whether a CSG ID supported by a local base station is the same as the CSG ID supported by the second base station, whether it is allowed to initiate a procedure of handing over a user equipment (UE) from a local base station to the second base station; and

a unit, configured for the local base station to send CSG membership information of the UE in the local base station if the procedure of handing over the UE from the local base station to the second base station is determined to be initiated, so that the second base station allocates the resources to the UE according to the CSG membership information of the UE in the local base station.

The apparatus according to claim 14, wherein the unit configured to receive the CSG ID supported by the second base station and sent by the second base station is specifically configured to receive an X2 interface establishment request message sent by the second base station, wherein the X2 interface establishment request message carries the CSG ID supported by the second base station.

16. The apparatus according to claim 14, wherein

the unit configured to receive the CSG ID supported by the second base station and sent by the second base station is specifically configured to receive an X2 interface establishment response message sent by the second base station, wherein the X2 interface establishment response message carries the CSG ID supported by the second base station;

and

the apparatus further comprises a unit, configured to determine, according to whether the CSG ID supported by the local base station is the same as the CSG ID supported by the second base station, whether it is allowed to initiate a procedure of handing over the UE from the second base station to the local base station.

17. The apparatus according to claim 14, wherein the unit configured to receive the CSG membership information of the UE in a first base station is specifically configured to receive a handover request message carrying the CSG membership information of the UE in the first base station.

18. A method for access control handover of a user between base stations, the method comprising:

acquiring, by one of a first base station and a second base station, a closed subscriber group identifier (CSG ID) supported by the other base station and closed subscriber group (CSG) membership information of a user equipment (UE) in the first base station; and

if the CSG ID acquired by the one base station is the same as a CSG ID supported by a local base station, performing, by the one base station, access control on the UE according to the acquired CSG membership information of the UE in the first base station and an access mode of the other base station.

19. The method according to claim 18, wherein acquiring the CSG ID supported by the other base station and the CSG membership information of the UE in the first base station comprises:

acquiring, by the second base station, a handover request message sent by the first base station, wherein the handover request message carries a CSG ID supported by the first base station and the CSG membership information of the UE in the first base station.

20. The method according to claim 18, wherein acquiring the CSG ID supported by the other one and the CSG membership information of the UE in the first base station comprises:

acquiring, by the second base station, the CSG ID supported by the first base station and carried in an X2 interface establishment request message or an X2 interface establishment response message sent by the first base station; and

acquiring, by the second base station, the CSG membership information of the UE in the first base station carried in a handover request message sent by the first base station.

21. The method according to claim 18, wherein the acquiring the CSG ID supported by the other one and the CSG membership information of the UE in the first base station comprises:

acquiring, by the first base station, a CSG ID supported by the second base station and carried in an X2 interface establishment request message or an X2 interface establishment response message sent by the second base station; and

acquiring, by the first base station, the CSG membership information of the UE in the local base station from the local base station.

22. The method according to claim 18, wherein before acquiring the CSG ID supported by the other base station and the CSG membership information of the UE in the first base station, the method further comprises:

performing, by the second base station and the first base station, base station information interaction through an X2 proxy function entity, so that the second base station and the first base station communicate with each other through the X2 proxy function entity,

wherein the base station information at least comprises an interface relationship between a base station and the X2 proxy function entity.

23. The method according to claim 18, wherein performing the access control on the UE comprises:

when the access mode of the second base station is in a closed CSG mode and the CSG membership information of the UE in the first base station is that the UE belongs to a CSG cell, handing over, by the first base station, the UE to the second base station; and

when the access mode of the second base station is in a closed CSG mode and the CSG membership information of the UE in the first base station is that the UE does not belong to a CSG cell, not handing over, by the first base station, the UE to the second base station.

24. A base station, wherein the base station is one of a first base station and a second base station, and the base station comprises:

an acquiring module, configured to acquire a closed subscriber group identifier (CSG ID) supported by a third base station and CSG membership information of a user equipment (UE) in the first base station; and

a processing module, configured to, if the CSG ID acquired by the acquiring module is the same as a CSG ID supported by a local base station, perform access control on the UE according to the CSG membership information of the UE in the first base station acquired by the acquiring module and an access mode of the other base station.

25. The base station according to claim 24, wherein

the base station is the second base station, and the acquiring module is specifically configured to acquire a CSG ID supported by the first base station and the CSG membership information of the UE in the first base station that are carried in a handover request message sent by the first base station;

or

the base station is the second base station, and the acquiring module is specifically configured to acquire a CSG ID supported by the first base station carried in an X2 interface establishment request or an X2 interface establishment response message sent by the first base station and the CSG membership information of the UE in the first base station carried in a handover request message sent by the first base station;

or

the base station is the first base station, and the acquiring module is specifically configured to acquire a CSG ID supported by the second base station carried in an X2 interface establishment request or an X2 interface establishment response message sent by the second base station and the CSG membership information of the UE in the local base station from the local base station.

The base station according to claim 24, wherein the base station is the first base station and the acquiring module is further configured to acquire an access mode of the second base station carried in an X2 interface establishment request message or an X2 interface establishment response message sent by the second base station.

27. The base station according to claim 24, wherein the base station is the second base station and the base station further comprises:

an interaction module, configured to perform base station information interaction with the first base station through an X2 proxy function entity before the acquiring module acquires the CSG ID supported by the other base station and the CSG membership information of the user equipment UE in the first base station, so that the first base station and the second base station communicate with each other through the X2 proxy function entity, wherein the base station information at least comprises an interface relationship between the base station and the X2 proxy function entity.

28. A communication system, comprising:

a first base station; and

a second base station;

wherein the first base station acquires a closed subscriber group identifier (CSG ID) supported by the second base station and closed subscriber group (CSG) membership information of a user equipment (UE) in one of the first or second base station; and

if the acquired CSG ID is the same as a CSG ID supported by a local base station, the first base station performs access control on the UE according to the acquired CSG membership information of the UE in the one of the first or second base station and an access mode of the other base station.

The system according to claim 28, further comprising an X2 proxy function entity, wherein the first and second base stations perform base station information interaction through the X2 proxy function entity before the first base station and the second base station acquire the CSG ID supported by the other base station and the CSG membership information of the UE in the one of the first or second base station, so that the first and second base stations communicate with each other through the X2 proxy function entity, and the base station information at least comprises an interface relationship between the base station and the X2 proxy function entity.

30. An apparatus for allocating resources, comprising:

a transmitter, configured to send a closed subscriber group identifier (CSG ID) supported by a local base station to a first base station;

a receiver, configured to, if the first base station initiates a procedure of handing over a user equipment (UE) from the first base station to the local base station, receive CSG membership information of the UE in the first base station sent by the first base station; and

a processor, configured to allocate the resources to the UE according to the CSG membership information of the UE in the first base station.

31. The apparatus according to claim 30, wherein the transmitter is specifically configured to:

send an X2 interface establishment request message to the first base station, wherein the X2 interface establishment request message carries the CSG ID supported by a second base station;

or

send an X2 interface establishment response message to the first base station, wherein the X2 interface establishment response message carries the CSG ID supported by the second base station.

32. The apparatus according to claim 30, wherein

the receiver is further configured to receive an X2 interface establishment request message sent by the first base station, wherein the X2 interface establishment request message carries a CSG ID supported by the first base station;

and

the processor is further configured to determine, according to whether the CSG ID supported by the local base station is the same as the CSG ID supported by the first base station, whether it is allowed to initiate a procedure of handing over the UE from the local base station to the first base station.

33. The apparatus according to claim 30, wherein the receiver is specifically configured to receive a handover request message sent by the first base station, wherein the handover request message carries the CSG membership information of the UE in the first base station.

34. An apparatus for allocating resources, the apparatus comprising:

a receiver, configured to receive a closed subscriber group identifier (CSG ID) supported by a second base station and sent by the second base station;

a processor, configured to determine, according to whether a CSG ID supported by a local base station is the same as the CSG ID supported by the second base station, whether initiation of a procedure of handing over a user equipment (UE) from a local base station to the second base station is allowed; and

a transmitter, configured for the local base station to send closed subscriber group (CSG) membership information of the UE in the local base station if the procedure of handing over the UE from the local base station to the second base station is determined to be initiated, so that the second base station allocates the resources to the UE according to the CSG membership information of the UE in the local base station.

35. The apparatus according to claim 34, wherein the receiver is specifically configured to receive an X2 interface establishment request message sent by the second base station, wherein the X2 interface establishment request message carries the CSG ID supported by the second base station.

36. The apparatus according to claim 34, wherein

the receiver is specifically configured to receive an X2 interface establishment response message sent by the second base station, wherein the X2 interface establishment response message carries the CSG ID supported by the second base station;

and

the processor is further configured to determine, according to whether the CSG ID supported by the local base station is the same as the CSG ID supported by the second base station, whether initiation of a procedure of handing over the UE from the second base station to the local base station is allowed.

37. The apparatus according to claim 34, wherein the receiver is specifically configured to receive a handover request message carrying the CSG membership information of the UE in a first base station.
