receiving, via the one or more processors, a second version of the claim; and
storing, via the one or more processors, the second version of the claim in association with (a) a date and a time, (b) the external claim identifier, and (c) a second internal claim identifier corresponding to the second version of the claim.

In various embodiments, claims can be processed and stored such that they can be displayed via an interface in a graphical format (e.g., textual, circular, hierarchical, etc.).
