1. A computer-implemented method of gift card processing, said method comprising:
- displaying a first list of one or more products requested by a first party;
receiving at least one payment from at least one funding party for at least a portion of one or more of the products;
storing the received payment at a first account;
receiving a first request for the first party to utilize funds from the first account for a purchase of one of the products; and
initiating an issuance of a first gift card to the first party for a first amount of funds.

Abstract
A methods and apparatus for dynamic gift card processing are disclosed. In a computer-implemented method, a list of one or more products requested by a first party is displayed. At least one payment is received from at least one funding party for at least a portion of one or more of the products. The received payment(s) are stored at an account. A first request is received for the first party to utilize funds from the account for a purchase of one of the products. A gift card is issued to the first party for a first amount of funds. The first amount may be an amount specified by the first party, or the first amount may be the lesser of a remaining balance for the purchase of said one product by the first party, and a second, predetermined, amount of funds.
