1. A system for automatic managing, of processes for charging electric vehicles, said system comprising:

  • a multiplicity of street light poles connected to a power supply line each comprising an electronic node, which is a communication and control device having a communication adapter and an electric socket for charging electric vehicles and for communication with remote devices, wherein each node is connected to an ignition system of the respective street light pole;

    at least one feeder pillar located in the street configured for communicating with the nodes of said street light poles, said feeder pillar comprising a concentrator, which controls power consumption and operation of each of said street light poles through their nodes;

    an operation control center (OCC) remote server, operatively associated with said at least one feeder pillar, said OCC controls power of each street light pole utilizing the concentrator at the feeder pillar;

    wherein each said electric node communicates with said concentrator through a first communication network and the feeder pillar communicates with the OCC through a second communication network, andwherein said OCC is further configured for billing a customer of a specific electric vehicle according to the power charged thereby, andwherein said OCC is further configured for controlling scheduling of the street light poles of said feeder pillar by closing the electric socket of at least one street light pole according to the power consumption of the supply line for preventing charging therefrom.
