1. A method for a network service to provide wireless one-to-one communication method between at least two users, comprising the steps of:
- enabling at least one of a sending party and a receiving party to have access to the service, each of the sending and receiving parties having a wireless device;
between the sending party and the receiving party, designating a common location event so as to allow one-to-one communication between the sending party and the receiving party;
enabling at least one of the sending party and the receiving party to have access to information from one or more databases in response to said common location event designation, wherein said step of designating the location event includesthe sending party and the receiving party mutually selecting a timeframe and acquiring the common location event designation by performing at least one of analyzing at least one of sound, light, atmosphere and radiation present at the location, processing an encoded signal at the location, the encoded signal including at least one of a GPS, QR-code, speech or lettering data, and receiving common user-input data on the respective wireless devices of the sending and receiving parties.

storing information for a plurality of users; associating the wireless devices with respective accounts for the plurality of users, the plurality of users including at least a sending party and a receiving party each having a wireless device; between the sending party and the receiving party, designating a common location event so as to allow one-to-one communication between the sending party and the receiving party; and enabling at least one of the sending party and the receiving party to have access to information from one or more databases in response to said common location event designation, wherein said step of designating the common location event includes the sending party and the receiving party mutually selecting a timeframe and acquiring the common location event designation by performing at least one of;

10. A wireless device for designating social or business networking transaction location events comprising:

an external case housing a power supply, a USB interface, a location designation sensor, an activate button, a confirmation LED, processor, a memory, upload transaction software, and an internal clock/calendar, wherein designation of said location events is accomplished by single button exchanges between a sending party and a receiving party, the sending party and the receiving party each having a wireless device, the wireless device being configured such that between the sending party and the receiving party, designating a common location event so as to allow one-to-one communication between the sending party and the receiving party; enabling at least one of the sending party and the receiving party to have access to information from one or more databases in response to said common location event designation, wherein said step of designating the common location event includes the sending party and the receiving party mutually selecting a timeframe and acquiring the common location event designation by performing at least one of;

analyzing at least one of sound, light, atmosphere and radiation present at the location, processing an encoded signal at the location, the encoded signal including at least one of a GPS, QR-code, speech or lettering data, and receiving common user-input data on the respective wireless devices of the sending and receiving parties, so as to each generate a unique location event identification, andsaid step of enabling access to the information includes comparing at least the unique location event identifications associated with the sending and receiving parties.

15. A wireless one-to-one communication method, comprising the steps of:

providing a plurality of wireless devices; registering at least a sending party and a receiving party to a service provider so as to associate the sending party and the receiving party each to a respective one of the plurality of wireless devices; storing the unique electronic identification associated to each of the plurality of wireless electronic devices in a data server having a database, the database being configured to limit access of third parties to information associated with the unique electronic identification; acquiring at least one unique electronic identification in response to the sending party and the receiving party designating each other so as to allow one-to-one communication therebetween; uploading the at least one unique electronic identification to the service provider; and using the at least one unique identification uploaded to the service provider to allow access to information about at least one of the sending party and the receiving party from the data server, wherein said step of designating between the sending party and the receiving party includes the sending party and the receiving party mutually selecting a timeframe and the sending device and the receiving device acquiring the common identification by performing at least one of;
analyzing at least one of sound, light, atmosphere and radiation present at the location, processing an encoded signal at the location, the encoded signal including at least one of a GPS, QR-code, speech or lettering data, and receiving common user-input data on the respective wireless devices of the sending and receiving parties.
