1. A method of analyzing participant activity, the method comprising:
- receiving signals from a plurality of identification units each associated with a different one of a plurality of participants;
determining locations of each of the participants based on the received signals and associating a timestamp with the determined locations;
storing the determined locations and the associated timestamps;
operating a computing device to analyze the stored locations to determine the activity of the participants, including determining that two participants have interacted with one another in response to identifying that the stored locations of the two participants were in close proximity to one another with associated timestamps that overlap for a predetermined amount of time; and
operating the computing device to determine that a first participant of the two participants caused a second of the two participants to visit a defined location.
