A system facilitates commercial real estate transactions by providing a first electronic interface through which a first broker can post real estate requirements, a second electronic interface through which a second broker can post real estate availabilities, and a facility that finds a match among the requirements and the availabilities, and notifies at least one of the first and second brokers of the match. Preferred systems can match requirements and availabilities based upon multiple factors, including deal terms, type of real estate, and timing, and can use fuzzy logic. Preferred systems can also include automatically notifying relevant brokers upon entry of a new availability of requirement listing. and can make matching recommendations.
