Abstract
A solution enabling subscribers of an enterprise, which itself is not a client of a Mobile Network Operator, MNO, but is a client of a Mobile Virtual Network Enabler, MVNE, to utilize a high speed data access at a guaranteed Quality of Service, or to access APIs, through a mobile network of the MNO. The MVNE includes a plurality of IP Multimedia Subsystem, IMS, core elements to facilitate delivery of high speed data associated with IMS services to the subscribers of the enterprise via the MNO mobile network. The MVNE is modeled as a roaming partner to the MNO allowing the MNO to leverage its existing roaming agreement with the MVNE. Allocation and utilization of an MNO'"'"'s Subscriber Identification Module, SIM, cards by the MVNE minimizes the barrier to entry for the enterprises served by the MVNE.
