1. A solar cell having a fan structure, comprising:

  • at least two solar cell panels to colour using a predetermined wavelength of light, and to perform solar power generation using a remaining wavelength of light, wherein the at least two solar cell panels are spaced apart from each other and thereby are disposed in a fan structure for a venturi effect; and

    a carbon dioxide absorption material, which is applied on the surface on which the at least two solar cell panels face each other,wherein exterior air flows into a gap space of the fan structure, and carbon dioxide of the in-flown outside air is absorbed by the carbon dioxide absorption material.
