updating, at the computing device, the patient data in the database to reflect any changes made during health care professional verification; and
transmitting, from the computing device, at least a portion of the patient data to a client.

An example method includes receiving patient data from a remote location, storing the patient data in a database, flagging the patient data based on a predefined rule set, presenting the patient data to a health care professional for verification, updating the patient data in the database to reflect any changes made during health care professional verification, and transmitting at least a portion of the patient data to a client.
