The device for measuring the parameters for manufacturing spectacle lenses can be easily manufactured and manipulated through various simple modules, such as the infinite distance focus providing means, the near distance focus providing means, the camera means, the flash means, and so on, can be manufactured in a small size in such a fashion that a user can carry it.
