1. A system for improving the quality and quantity of both streaming and televising video and conducted sounds of sports games in sports stadiums and arenas (sports stadiums/arenas), said system comprising:
- at least one instrumented sports stadium/arena for streaming and televising video and conducted sounds of sports games, wherein each of said instrumented sports stadium/arena is a sports venue comprised of at least one of a instrumented playing field, a instrumented rink, a instrumented court, a instrumented bullpen (instrumented playing field/rink/court/bullpen) for playing at least one type of sporting game; and
wherein said instrumented playing field/rink/court/bullpen are comprised of atleast one of a instrumented soccer field, a instrumented ice hockey rink, a instrumented football field, a instrumented tennis court, a instrumented baseball field, a instrumented baseball bullpen for playing at least one type of sporting game that is located within said instrumented sports stadium/arena; and
wherein each said instrumented soccer field, said instrumented ice hockey rink, said instrumented football field, said instrumented tennis court, said instrumented baseball field, said instrumented baseball bullpen is comprised of instrumented sports paraphernalia integrated on said instrumented playing field/rink/court/bullpen respectively for playing at least one type of sporting game; and
wherein each said instrumented sports paraphernalia replaces and substitutes for its respective common sports paraphernalia used for playing that sport on said instrumented playing field/rink/court/bullpen and are located at their traditional positions amongst the players on said instrumented playing field/rink/court/bullpen during sports games; and
wherein said instrumented sports paraphernalia are comprised of instrumented soccer goals, instrumented ice hockey goals, instrumented tennis nets, instrumented tennis net posts, instrumented ice hockey pucks, instrumented footballs, instrumented baseball 1st, 2nd, and 3rd bases, instrumented baseball home plates and instrumented baseball pitcher'"'"'s rubbers for replacing and substituting for;
common soccer goals, ice hockey goals, tennis nets, tennis net posts, ice hockey pucks, footballs, baseball 1st, 2nd and 3rd bases, baseball home plates and baseball pitcher'"'"'s rubbers respectively; and
wherein each of said instrumented soccer goals, said instrumented ice hockey goals, said instrumented tennis nets, said instrumented tennis net posts, said instrumented ice hockey pucks, said instrumented footballs, said instrumented baseball 1st, 2nd, and 3rd bases, said instrumented baseball home plates and said instrumented baseball pitcher'"'"'s rubbers is comprised of and instrumented with discrete electronic means placed at a plurality of different vantage point(s) on each of said instrumented sports paraphernalia for capturing two and three dimension video (multi-dimension video) and multi-dimensional conducted sounds of the games from said vantage points and for producing radio frequency (RF) and optically encoded signals for said multi-dimension video and said multi-dimensional conducted sounds, and for simultaneously streaming and televising said encoded signals from each of said instrumented sports paraphernalia.

Abstract
A real time system to both televise and stream sporting events from sports paraphernalia that are ordinarily used by the players on soccer playing fields, ice hockey rinks, tennis courts, baseball playing fields and football playing fields are disclosed. The sports paraphernalia are instrumented with a variety of TV cameras, microphones, and bi-directional communication electronics. Instrumented sports paraphernalia such as ice hockey goals, ice hockey pucks, soccer goals, tennis nets, tennis posts, baseball bases, baseball home plates, baseball pitcher'"'"'s rubbers and footballs are disclosed. Instrumentation is built into and contained internally within some of the instrumented sports paraphernalia. Instrumentation is mounted and attached onto some of the sports paraphernalia. The instrumented sports paraphernalia can both televise signals to a TV viewing audience, and simultaneously stream onto the internet.

wherein said system software is executable by said CPU; anda network transceiver for buffering, conveying and processing said multi-dimension video and said multi-dimensional conducted sounds, and command and control data encoded signals traveling between said instrumented sports paraphernalia and said remote base station'"'"'s said CPU; an antenna array for transmitting and receiving RF signals between said instrumented sports paraphernalia and said remote base station network transceiver; and

wherein said antenna array relay junction is for distributing said internet service to said instrumented sports paraphernalia;
wherein furthermore said antenna array relay junction is for distributing signals between said instrumented sports paraphernalia and said remote base station;

5. The system of claim 1, wherein the discrete electronic means for televising said multi-dimension video and said multi-dimensional conducted sounds of the games from said instrumented ice hockey pucks and said instrumented footballs is comprised of:

a at least one first instrumentation package assembly for each of said instrumented footballs; and a at least two first instrumentation package assembly(s) for each of said instrumented ice hockey pucks; and wherein each said first instrumentation package assembly is comprised of a wirelessly rechargeable battery pack;
wherein said battery packs are wirelessly rechargeable by magnetic inductive coupling from an external power source of time varying magnetic flux introduced in proximity to said instrumented footballs and to said instrumented ice hockey pucks; andwherein furthermore each said first instrumentation package assembly is comprised of at least one first instrumentation package assembly element; and wherein each said first instrumentation package assembly element is comprised of a first instrumentation package assembly electronics; wherein each said first instrumentation package assembly element is furthermore comprised of a substantially hollow cylindrical enclosure segment joined to a substantially hollow corrugated bellows enclosure segment for housing said first instrumentation package assembly electronics; wherein each said first instrumentation package assembly electronics is comprised of an induction coil wound on the outside of said cylindrical enclosure segment for coupling said time varying magnetic flux for recharging said battery pack; and wherein furthermore each said first instrumentation package assembly electronics is comprised of a power supply and battery charging electronics circuit for controlling the charging and electric power distribution of said rechargeable battery pack power; and wherein furthermore each said first instrumentation package assembly electronics is comprised of an RF antenna for transmitting and receiving RF signals; and wherein furthermore each said first instrumentation package assembly electronics is comprised of a video camera and a video camera lens, and at least one microphone; and
wherein said video camera is for capturing video of the games from said instrumented footballs and from said instrumented ice hockey pucks, and for producing video output encoded signals; and
wherein said microphone(s) is for capturing sounds of the games conducted into said instrumented footballs and said instrumented ice hockey pucks from said instrumented playing field/rink/court/bullpen, and for producing audio output encoded signals of said conducted sounds; andwherein furthermore each said first instrumentation package assembly is for televising said video encoded signals to at least one said remote base station, via said antenna array relay junction, for processing and broadcasting to a TV audience; and wherein furthermore each said first instrumentation package assembly is for televising said audio encoded signals to at least one said remote base station, via said antenna array relay junction, for processing and broadcasting to a TV audience; and wherein furthermore each said first instrumentation package assembly is for receiving command and control signals from said remote base station via said antenna array relay junction using the air ways as RF bi-directional communication links thereby enabling the cameraman in said remote base station to control the functions of each said instrumentation package assembly electronics; and wherein furthermore each said first instrumentation package assembly is for transmitting status control data signals for monitoring and controlling the functions of each said first instrumentation package assembly electronics to said remote base station via said antenna array relay junction using the air ways as RF bi-directional communication links.

wherein furthermore said electronic package unit is for accessing said internet service and streaming said video encoded signals and said audio encoded signals onto said internet service both wirelessly and by using said bi-directional fiber optic cable/RF cable communication links to said internet service; andwherein each said second instrumentation package assembly is for simultaneously streaming and televising said video encoded signals and said audio encoded signals; and wherein furthermore each said second instrumentation package assembly is for streaming said video encoded signals to at least one internet service furnished to said instrumented sports stadiums/arenas by at least one internet service provider(s); and wherein furthermore each said second instrumentation package assembly is for receiving command and control signals from said remote base station via said antenna array relay junction using said bi-directional fiber optic cable/RF cable communication links to control the functions of said second instrumentation package assembly electronics; wherein furthermore each said second instrumentation package assembly is for transmitting status control data signals for monitoring and controlling the functions of each said second instrumentation package assembly electronics to said remote base station via said antenna array relay junction using said bi-directional fiber optic cable/RF cable communication links.

The system of claim 1, wherein the discrete electronic means for simultaneously streaming and televising said multi-dimension video and multi-dimensional conducted sounds of the games from said instrumented soccer goals, said instrumented ice hockey goals, said instrumented tennis nets, and said instrumented tennis net posts is comprised of:
a at least one instrumentation module; wherein each said instrumentation module is comprised of at least a one said second instrumentation package assembly, and an enclosure of finite size; wherein said enclosure is for housing and protecting said second instrumentation package assembly(s); and wherein furthermore each said instrumentation module is comprised of a plurality of microphones that are mounted beneath the exterior surface of said enclosure for capturing sounds of the games conducted through said instrumented soccer goals, said instrumented ice hockey goals, said instrumented tennis nets, and said instrumented tennis net posts from said instrumented playing field/rink/court/bullpen and into said instrumentation module(s) for producing audio output encoded signals of said conducted sounds;
wherein the output of each said microphone is electrically connected to drive input ports of said second instrumentation package assembly electronics for producing said audio output encoded signals that are streamed and televised by said second instrumentation package assembly electronics.

The said remote base station of claim 3, wherein furthermore said signal and data flow electronics means provides for receiving, decoding, and processing said streamed video and sound encoded signals transmitted to said remote base station from each said instrumented sports paraphernalia simultaneously via said internet service;

furthermore said signal and data flow electronics means provides for commanding and controlling the electronic, mechanical and optical functions inside each said instrumented sports paraphernalia simultaneously; and furthermore said signal and data flow electronics means provides for receiving, decoding, and processing said televised video and sound encoded signals transmitted to it from each said instrumented sports paraphernalia simultaneously via said antenna array relay junction; and furthermore said signal and data flow electronics means provides for processing said video and sound encoded signals that said remote base station receives from each said instrumented sports paraphernalia for presentation simultaneously to both the internet users via said internet service and to TV audiences via broadcasting; and furthermore said signal and data flow electronics means provides for simultaneously streaming and broadcasting said processed video and conducted sound encoded signals of the games onto said internet service, and to TV audiences via broadcasting; and furthermore said signal and data flow electronics means provides for transmitting encoded signals to said antenna array relay junction which in turn relays said signals to each said instrumented sports paraphernalia on said instrumented playing fields/rinks/courts/bullpens; and furthermore said signal and data flow electronics means provides for broadcasting to TV audiences the processed televised 3D video of the games received by said remote base station from each said instrumented sports paraphernalia; and furthermore said signal and data flow electronics means provides for broadcasting to TV audiences the processed televised surround sounds of the games received by said remote base station from each said instrumented sports paraphernalia; and furthermore said signal and data flow electronics means provides for streaming onto said internet service the processed televised 3D video of the games received by said remote base station from each said instrumented sports paraphernalia via said internet service; and furthermore said signal and data flow electronics means provides for streaming onto said internet service the processed televised surround sounds of the games received by said remote base station from each said instrumented sports paraphernalia via said internet service; and furthermore said signal and data flow electronics means provides for wirelessly and by fiber optics/RF cable connectivity, receiving televised signals from each said instrumented sports paraphernalia under the command and control of said remote base station; and furthermore said signal and data flow electronics means provides for wirelessly and by fiber optics/RF cable connectivity, transmitting command and control signals to each said instrumented sports paraphernalia from said remote base station; and furthermore said signal and data flow electronics means provides for wirelessly and by fiber optics/RF cable connectivity, receiving control status signals from each said instrumented sports paraphernalia; and furthermore said signal and data flow electronics means provides for bi-directionally wirelessly and by fiber optics/RF cable connectivity, communicating with each said instrumented sports paraphernalia via said antenna array relay junction; and furthermore said signal and data flow electronics means provides for processing the video and sound encoded signals that said remote base station receives from each said instrumented sports paraphernalia to broadcast and stream upright and stable pictures regardless of any motions of each said instrumented sports paraphernalia; and furthermore said signal and data flow electronics means provides for processing, stabilizing and making upright pictures from said video encoded signals said remote base station receives from each said instrumented sports paraphernalia, by using the gyroscopic encoder data it receives from each said instrumented sports paraphernalia to remove the pitch, yaw and roll motion effects of each said instrumented sports paraphernalia on the video; and furthermore said signal and data flow electronics means provides for processing, stabilizing and making upright pictures from the video encoded signals said remote base station receives from each said instrumented sports paraphernalia, by using the data it receives from said tripod mounted camera system to remove the pitch, yaw and roll motion effects of each said instrumented sports paraphernalia on the video.
