a bottom strap assembly including a fixed loop and a bottom strap, wherein the fixed loop includes at least one elastomeric patch; and
one or more buckles connecting the top strap assembly to the bottom strap assembly.

A carrying system is disclosed. The carrying system further comprises a bottom strap assembly including a fixed loop and a bottom strap, wherein the fixed loop includes at least one elastomeric patch. The carrying system further comprises one or more buckles connecting the top strap assembly to the bottom strap assembly.
