generating in the processor a plurality of interface states that allow the participant to participate in the recruitment enhancement activity;

The recruitment enhancement system includes a module for generating and encouraging individuals to participate in recruitment enhancement activities, such as knowledge-based contests. An individual may be able to participate in the activities via their mobile device. One purpose of the activities can be to increase awareness about a particular company.
