INTER-UE INTERFERENCE CANCELLATION
First Claim
Patent Images
1. A method of wireless communication, comprising:
- reading system information from a neighboring cell to identify a neighboring time domain resource allocation;
identifying at least one candidate resource based on a comparison of the neighboring time domain resource allocation and a serving cell time domain resource allocation;
identifying at least one interfered resource by detecting uplink interference on one or more resource, from the at least one candidate resource, based on a criteria; and
performing interference cancellation on the at least one interfered resource.

Abstract
Interference cancellation occurs for devices, where the source of the interference is another UE. The victim UE receiver identifies subframes vulnerable to potential interference from other UEs. Candidate resource blocks in the identified vulnerable subframes are listed. Interference is cancelled for edge resource blocks and valid contiguous resource blocks.
