the monomer having a polyoxyalkylene skeleton is an oxyalkylene group-containing monomer in which the average added mole number of an oxyalkylene unit represented by the following general formula (2) is 3 to 40. -

the monomer having a polyoxyalkylene skeleton is an oxyalkylene group-containing monomer in which the average added mole number of an oxyalkylene unit represented by the following general formula (2) is 3 to 40. -

the monomer having a polyoxyalkylene skeleton is an oxyalkylene group-containing monomer in which the average added mole number of an oxyalkylene unit represented by the following general formula (2) is 3 to 40. -
