1. A method for receiving, by a user equipment, a downlink signal from a base station, the method comprising:
- detecting at least one of a first downlink control channel and a second downlink control channel; and
receiving a downlink data channel corresponding to the detected downlink control channel,wherein detecting the least one of the first downlink control channel and the second downlink control channel includes decoding the first downlink control channel according to a predetermined downlink control information format in a control region of a subframe and decoding the second downlink control channel according to a downlink control information format corresponding to a transmission mode of the user equipment in a data region of the subframe.

Abstract
The present invention provides a method and a device for transmitting/receiving a control channel in a downlink subframe, which divides into a control area and a data area. In the present invention, a first downlink control channel is transmitted in the control area of the downlink subframe, and/or a second downlink control channel is transmitted in the data area of the downlink subframe. The first downlink control channel carries downlink control information having a predetermined format, and the second downlink control channel carries downlink control information having a format corresponding to a transmission mode of a user device.

a radio frequency (RF) unit configured to transmitting or receiving a signal; and a processor configured to control the RF unit, wherein the processor detects at least one of a first downlink control channel and a second downlink control channel and controls the RF unit to receive a downlink data channel corresponding to the detected downlink control channel, and wherein the processor is configured to decode the first downlink control channel according to a predetermined downlink control information format in a control region of a subframe and decode the second downlink control channel according to a downlink control information format corresponding to a transmission mode of the user equipment in a data region of the subframe so as to detect the at least one of the first downlink control channel and the second downlink control channel. - View Dependent Claims (5, 6)

a radio frequency (RF) unit configured to transmitting or receiving a signal; and a processor configured to control the RF unit, wherein the processor controls the RF unit to transmit at least one of a first downlink control channel and a second downlink control channel and controls the RF unit to transmit a downlink data channel corresponding to the transmitted downlink control channel, and wherein the first downlink control channel carries downlink control information with a predetermined downlink control information format in a control region of a subframe, and the second downlink control channel carries downlink control information with a downlink control information format corresponding to a transmission mode of the user equipment in a data region of the subframe.
