Abstract

An anchoring system has a brace configured to be worn on a human limb, an accessory configured to be worn on a human digit, and a harness coupling the accessory to the brace by a self-looping length of the harness comprising a portion of the harness most proximal to the brace and a portion of the harness most distal to the brace.

Claims

1. An anchoring system, comprising:

a brace configured to be worn on a human limb;

an accessory configured to be worn on a human digit; and

a harness coupling the accessory to the brace by a self-looping length of the harness comprising a portion of the harness most proximal to the brace and a portion of the harness most distal to the brace.

2. The anchoring system of claim 1, wherein the brace comprises a removable band.

3. The anchoring system of claim 1, wherein the brace is part of a piece of clothing.

4. The anchoring system of claim 1, wherein the human limb is an arm.

5. The anchoring system of claim 1, wherein the human limb is a leg.

6. The anchoring system of claim 1, wherein the accessory is worn on a finger.

7. The anchoring system of claim 1, wherein the accessory is worn on a toe.

8. The anchoring system of claim 1, wherein the harness is a single strand.

9. The anchoring system of claim 1, wherein the harness is an open loop.

10. The anchoring system of claim 1, wherein the harness is a closed loop.

11. The anchoring system of claim 8, wherein the harness has at least one hoop.

12. The anchoring system of claim 11, wherein the hoop is proximal to one end of the harness.

13. The anchoring system of claim 12, wherein the hoop is at the end of the harness.

14. The anchoring system of claim 8, wherein the harness has two hoops.

15. The anchoring system of claim 14, wherein the harness has a first hoop proximal to one end of the harness and a second hoop located distally from the first hoop.

16. The anchoring system of claim 15, wherein the first hoop is located most distal from the brace and the second hoop is located most proximal to the brace.

17. The anchoring system of claim 1, wherein the harness is permanently coupled to the brace.

18. The anchoring system of claim 1, wherein the harness is releasably coupled to the brace.

19. The anchoring system of claim 1, further comprising at least one charm on one of the brace or the harness.

20. The anchoring system of claim 1, further comprising a circuit to detect departure of the harness from the brace.
