1. A method for transmitting a synchronous channel, comprising:
- generating synchronous signals transmitted on a Primary Synchronous Channel (P-SCH) and a Secondary Synchronous Channel (S-SCH);
multiplexing the synchronous signals to specific Orthogonal Frequency Division Multiplexing (OFDM) symbols to form the P-SCH and the S-SCH channels, wherein the specific OFDM symbols do not bear thereon any of a User-specific Demodulation Reference Signal (DMRS), a Channel State Indication Reference Signal (CSI-RS) or a Tracking Reference Signal (TRS); and
transmitting the P-SCH and the S-SCH channels.
