1. An in-vehicle device controller controlling an in-vehicle device for operating a high-voltage source installed in a vehicle, the in-vehicle device controller comprising:

2. The in-vehicle device controller according to claim 1, wherein
the openable member is one of a plurality of openable members including a door, a hood, and a trunk lid of the vehicle, and the stopping unit stops control or operation of the in-vehicle device to stop the operation of the high-voltage source upon detection of the opening of the door, the hood, or the trunk lid by the open/close sensor. -
3. The in-vehicle device controller according to claim 2, wherein
the high-voltage source is disposed below a floor of the vehicle, a maintenance hole for maintenance of the high-voltage source is disposed in the floor of the vehicle above the high-voltage source, and the stopping unit stops control or operation of the in-vehicle device to stop the operation of the high-voltage source upon detection of the opening of a specific openable member among the plurality of the openable members by the open/close sensor, the specific openable member providing access to the maintenance hole. -
4. The in-vehicle device controller according to claim 1, wherein
the in-vehicle device comprises a main battery charger supplying a main battery with electric power from an external power source, the main battery comprising the high-voltage source, the in-vehicle device controller comprises a main-battery charge controller controlling the charge of the main battery through operation of the main battery charger with the main battery being connected to the external power source, the main-battery charge controller comprises a main-battery-charge timer control unit automatically charging the main battery with the external power source in accordance with a time schedule established in advance, and the stopping unit disables control by the main-battery-charge timer control unit upon detection of the opening of the openable member by the open/close sensor and stops control or operation of the main battery charger to stop the operation of the high-voltage source. -
5. The in-vehicle device controller according to claim 2, wherein
the in-vehicle device comprises a main battery charger supplying a main battery with electric power from an external power source, the main battery comprising the high-voltage source, the in-vehicle device controller comprises a main-battery charge controller controlling the charge of the main battery through operation of the main battery charger with the main battery being connected to the external power source, the main-battery charge controller comprises a main-battery-charge timer control unit automatically charging the main battery with the external power source in accordance with a time schedule established in advance, and the stopping unit disables control by the main-battery-charge timer control unit upon detection of the opening of the openable member by the open/close sensor and stops control or operation of the main battery charger to stop the operation of the high-voltage sources. -
6. The in-vehicle device controller according to claim 3, wherein
the in-vehicle device comprises a main battery charger supplying a main battery with electric power from an external power source, the main battery comprising the high-voltage source, the in-vehicle device controller comprises a main-battery charge controller controlling the charge of the main battery through operation of the main battery charger with the main battery being connected to the external power source, the main-battery charge controller comprises a main-battery-charge timer control unit automatically charging the main battery with the external power source in accordance with a time schedule established in advance, and the stopping unit disables control by the main-battery-charge timer control unit upon detection of the opening of the openable member by the open/close sensor and stops control or operation of the main battery charger to stop the operation of the high-voltage sources. -
7. The in-vehicle device controller according to claim 1, wherein
the in-vehicle device comprises an air-conditioner installed in the vehicle, the in-vehicle device controller comprises an air-conditioning controller controlling operation of the air-conditioner, the air-conditioning controller comprises an air-conditioning timer control unit automatically operating the air-conditioner in accordance with a time schedule established in advance, and the stopping unit disables control by the air-conditioning timer control unit upon detection of the opening of the openable member by the open/close sensor and stops control or operation of the air-conditioner to stop the operation of the high-voltage source. -
8. The in-vehicle device controller according to claim 2, wherein
the in-vehicle device comprises an air-conditioner installed in the vehicle, the in-vehicle device controller comprises an air-conditioning controller controlling operation of the air-conditioner, the air-conditioning controller comprises an air-conditioning timer control unit automatically operating the air-conditioner in accordance with a time schedule established in advance, and the stopping unit disables control by the air-conditioning timer control unit upon detection of the opening of the openable member by the open/close sensor and stops control or operation of the air-conditioner to stop the operation of the high-voltage source. -
9. The in-vehicle device controller according to claim 3, wherein
the in-vehicle device comprises an air-conditioner installed in the vehicle, the in-vehicle device controller comprises an air-conditioning controller controlling operation of the air-conditioner, the air-conditioning controller comprises an air-conditioning timer control unit automatically operating the air-conditioner in accordance with a time schedule established in advance, and the stopping unit disables control by the air-conditioning timer control unit upon detection of the opening of the openable member by the open/close sensor and stops control or operation of the air-conditioner to stop the operation of the high-voltage source. -
10. The in-vehicle device controller according to claim 4, wherein
the in-vehicle device comprises an air-conditioner installed in the vehicle, the in-vehicle device controller comprises an air-conditioning controller controlling operation of the air-conditioner, the air-conditioning controller comprises an air-conditioning timer control unit automatically operating the air-conditioner in accordance with a time schedule established in advance, and the stopping unit disables control by the air-conditioning timer control unit upon detection of the opening of the openable member by the open/close sensor and stops control or operation of the air-conditioner to stop the operation of the high-voltage source. -
11. The in-vehicle device controller according to claim 5, wherein
the in-vehicle device comprises an air-conditioner installed in the vehicle, the in-vehicle device controller comprises an air-conditioning controller controlling operation of the air-conditioner, the air-conditioning controller comprises an air-conditioning timer control unit automatically operating the air-conditioner in accordance with a time schedule established in advance, and the stopping unit disables control by the air-conditioning timer control unit upon detection of the opening of the openable member by the open/close sensor and stops control or operation of the air-conditioner to stop the operation of the high-voltage source. -
12. The in-vehicle device controller according to claim 6, wherein
the in-vehicle device comprises an air-conditioner installed in the vehicle, the in-vehicle device controller comprises an air-conditioning controller controlling operation of the air-conditioner, the air-conditioning controller comprises an air-conditioning timer control unit automatically operating the air-conditioner in accordance with a time schedule established in advance, and the stopping unit disables control by the air-conditioning timer control unit upon detection of the opening of the openable member by the open/close sensor and stops control or operation of the air-conditioner to stop the operation of the high-voltage source. -
13. The in-vehicle device controller according to claim 1, wherein
the in-vehicle device comprises an auxiliary battery charger charging an auxiliary battery installed in the vehicle with the main battery, the in-vehicle device controller comprises an auxiliary-battery charge controller controlling charge in which the auxiliary battery is supplied with electric power from the main battery by operation of the auxiliary battery charger, the auxiliary-battery charge controller comprises an auxiliary-battery-charge timer control unit automatically performing the charge in accordance with a time schedule established in advance, and the stopping unit disables control by the auxiliary-battery-charge timer control unit upon detection of the opening of the openable member by the open/close sensor and stops control or operation of the auxiliary battery charger to stop the operation of the high-voltage source. -
14. The in-vehicle device controller according to claim 2, wherein
the in-vehicle device comprises an auxiliary battery charger charging an auxiliary battery installed in the vehicle with the main battery, the in-vehicle device controller comprises an auxiliary-battery charge controller controlling charge in which the auxiliary battery is supplied with electric power from the main battery by operation of the auxiliary battery charger, the auxiliary-battery charge controller comprises an auxiliary-battery-charge timer control unit automatically performing the charge in accordance with a time schedule established in advance, and the stopping unit disables control by the auxiliary-battery-charge timer control unit upon detection of the opening of the openable member by the open/close sensor and stops control or operation of the auxiliary battery charger to stop the operation of the high-voltage source. -
15. The in-vehicle device controller according to claim 3, wherein
the in-vehicle device comprises an auxiliary battery charger charging an auxiliary battery installed in the vehicle with the main battery, the in-vehicle device controller comprises an auxiliary-battery charge controller controlling charge in which the auxiliary battery is supplied with electric power from the main battery by operation of the auxiliary battery charger, the auxiliary-battery charge controller comprises an auxiliary-battery-charge timer control unit automatically performing the charge in accordance with a time schedule established in advance, and the stopping unit disables control by the auxiliary-battery-charge timer control unit upon detection of the opening of the openable member by the open/close sensor and stops control or operation of the auxiliary battery charger to stop the operation of the high-voltage source. -
16. The in-vehicle device controller according to claim 4, wherein
the in-vehicle device comprises an auxiliary battery charger charging an auxiliary battery installed in the vehicle with the main battery, the in-vehicle device controller comprises an auxiliary-battery charge controller controlling charge in which the auxiliary battery is supplied with electric power from the main battery by operation of the auxiliary battery charger, the auxiliary-battery charge controller comprises an auxiliary-battery-charge timer control unit automatically performing the charge in accordance with a time schedule established in advance, and the stopping unit disables control by the auxiliary-battery-charge timer control unit upon detection of the opening of the openable member by the open/close sensor and stops control or operation of the auxiliary battery charger to stop the operation of the high-voltage source. -
17. The in-vehicle device controller according to claim 5, wherein
the in-vehicle device comprises an auxiliary battery charger charging an auxiliary battery installed in the vehicle with the main battery, the in-vehicle device controller comprises an auxiliary-battery charge controller controlling charge in which the auxiliary battery is supplied with electric power from the main battery by operation of the auxiliary battery charger, the auxiliary-battery charge controller comprises an auxiliary-battery-charge timer control unit automatically performing the charge in accordance with a time schedule established in advance, and the stopping unit disables control by the auxiliary-battery-charge timer control unit upon detection of the opening of the openable member by the open/close sensor and stops control or operation of the auxiliary battery charger to stop the operation of the high-voltage source. -
18. The in-vehicle device controller according to claim 6, wherein
the in-vehicle device comprises an auxiliary battery charger charging an auxiliary battery installed in the vehicle with the main battery, the in-vehicle device controller comprises an auxiliary-battery charge controller controlling charge in which the auxiliary battery is supplied with electric power from the main battery by operation of the auxiliary battery charger, the auxiliary-battery charge controller comprises an auxiliary-battery-charge timer control unit automatically performing charge in accordance with a time schedule established in advance, and the stopping unit disables control by the auxiliary-battery-charge timer control unit upon detection of the opening of the openable member by the open/close sensor and stops control or operation of the auxiliary battery charger to stop the operation of the high-voltage source. -
19. The in-vehicle device controller according to claim 7, wherein
the in-vehicle device comprises an auxiliary battery charger charging an auxiliary battery installed in the vehicle with the main battery, the in-vehicle device controller comprises an auxiliary-battery charge controller controlling charge in which the auxiliary battery is supplied with electric power from the main battery by operation of the auxiliary battery charger, the auxiliary-battery charge controller comprises an auxiliary-battery-charge timer control unit automatically performing the charge in accordance with a time schedule established in advance, and the stopping unit disables control by the auxiliary-battery-charge timer control unit upon detection of the opening of the openable member by the open/close sensor and stops control or operation of the auxiliary battery charger to stop the operation of the high-voltage source.
