Abstract

A system and/or a method based on a scalable requirement, compliance and resource management methodology for designing a product/service, optimizing relevant processes and enhancing real time and/or near real time collaboration between many users. The requirement, compliance and resource management methodology is further integrated with a fuzzy logic algorithm module and/or statistical algorithm module and/or weighting logic algorithm module and enhanced with a graphical user interface.

Claims

1. A requirement, compliance and resource management methodology comprising:

(a) a requirement input collection module;

(b) a compliance requirement input collection module;

(c) a requirement analysis module;

(d) a specification generation module;

(e) a resource allocation module;

(f) an event verification module;

(g) a graphical user interface; and

(h) an application programming interface module for interfacing with a software program.

2. The requirement, compliance and resource management methodology in claim 1, further comprising:

a requirement input collection module configured in a question and answer format.

3. The requirement, compliance and resource management methodology in claim 1, further enabled to identify project risk, when a project requirement changes.

4. The requirement, compliance and resource management methodology in claim 1, further comprising:

a constraint analysis tool for assessment of constrains of a project.

5. The requirement, compliance and resource management methodology in claim 1, further configured with a fuzzy logic algorithm to account for imprecise input data, imprecise interpretation of input data, imprecise analysis, imprecise output data and imprecise interpretation of output data.

6. The requirement, compliance and resource management methodology in claim 1, further configured with a statistical algorithm to account for variability of input data, interpretation of input data, analysis, output data and interpretation of output data.

7. The requirement, compliance and resource management methodology in claim 1, further configured with a weighting logic algorithm.

8. The requirement, compliance and resource management methodology in claim 1, further configured with a query based input for input data, interpretation of input data, analysis, output data and interpretation of output data.

9. The requirement, compliance and resource management methodology in claim 1, further configured with a graphical chart for input data, interpretation of input data, analysis, output data and interpretation of output data.

10. The requirement, compliance and resource management methodology in claim 1, further configured a search interface for input data, interpretation of input data, analysis, output data and interpretation of output data.

11. The requirement, compliance and resource management methodology in claim 1, further configured with collaboration between users.

12. A requirement, compliance and resource management methodology comprising:

(a) a requirement input collection module;

(b) a legal requirement input collection module;

(c) a requirement analysis module;

(d) a specification generation module;

(e) a resource allocation module;

(f) an event verification module;

(g) a graphical user interface;

(h) a weighting logic algorithm; and

(i) an application programming interface module for connecting with a software program.

13. The requirement, compliance and resource management methodology in claim 12, further comprising:

a requirement input collection module configured with a question and answer format.

14. The requirement, compliance and resource management methodology in claim 12, further configured with a fuzzy logic algorithm.

15. The requirement, compliance and resource management methodology in claim 12, further configured with a statistical algorithm.

16. The requirement, compliance and resource management methodology in claim 12, further configured with collaboration between users.

17. A requirement, compliance and resource management methodology comprising:

(a) a requirement input collection module;

(b) a legal requirement input collection module;

(c) a requirement analysis module;

(d) a specification generation module;

(e) a resource allocation module;

(f) an event verification module;

(g) a graphical user interface;

(h) a statistical algorithm; and

(i) an application programming interface module for connecting with a software program.

18. The requirement, compliance and resource management methodology in claim 17, further comprising:

a requirement input collection module configured with a question and answer format.

19. The requirement, compliance and resource management methodology in claim 17, further configured with a fuzzy logic algorithm.

20. The requirement, compliance and resource management methodology in claim 17, further configured with a weighting logic algorithm.
