Abstract

A bottom sash of a display module is provided. The bottom sash includes a bead part formed by depressing some portions of the bottom sash toward a rear side, and a reinforcing panel attached to a front surface of the bottom sash and spaced apart from the bead part.

Claims

1. A display module comprising:

a display panel;

a backlight unit disposed at a rear side of the display panel;

a middle mold configured to support the display panel and the backlight unit spaced apart from each other;

a top sash provided at a front side of the middle mold, and configured to support a rim of a front side of the display panel; and

a bottom sash on which the backlight unit is installed, and which is provided at a rear side of the middle mold,

wherein the bottom sash comprises a bead part depressed toward a rear side of the bottom sash, and a reinforcing panel attached to a front surface of the bottom sash and spaced apart from the bead part.

2. The display module of claim 1, wherein the bead part comprises a plurality of depressed portions of the bottom sash.

3. The display module of claim 2, wherein the bead part extends in upper and lower side directions.

4. The display module of claim 3, wherein the bead part comprises a plurality of depressed portions of the bottom sash that are spaced apart from each other in left and right side directions.

5. The display module of claim 2, wherein the bead part comprises a plurality of depressed portions of the bottom sash that are spaced apart from each other in left and right side directions and in upper and lower side directions.

6. The display module of claim 1, further comprising a double-sided tape that attaches the reinforcing panel to the bottom sash, wherein the double-sided tape is attached to a portion adjacent to the bead part of the front surface of the bottom sash.

7. The display module of claim 1, wherein the reinforcing panel is attached to the bottom sash through an adhesive applied to a portion adjacent to the bead part of the front surface of the bottom sash.

8. The display module of claim 1, wherein the bottom sash and the reinforcing panel are formed of a same material.

9. The display module of claim 1, wherein:

the bottom sash comprises a rear side part forming a rear surface of the bottom sash, and a bottom lateral side part extending from an outer side end of the rear side part to a front side of the bottom sash;

the bead part is formed by depressing the rear side part toward a rear side of the bottom sash; and

the reinforcing panel is attached to the rear side part.

15. A display apparatus, comprising the display module of claim 1.

10. A display module comprising:

a bottom sash forming a rear surface of the display module,

wherein the bottom sash comprises;

a plurality of bead parts formed by depressing portions of the bottom sash in a regular manner, and

a reinforcing panel attached to the bottom sash and spaced apart from the bead parts.

11. The display module of claim 10, wherein each of the bead parts extend in upper and lower side directions, and are disposed in left and right side directions.

12. The display module of claim 10, wherein the bead parts are spaced apart from each other in left and right side directions and upper and lower side directions.

13. The display module of claim 10, further comprising:

a display panel configured to display an image; and

a backlight unit configured to supply light to the display panel,

wherein the display panel comprises a liquid crystal display panel.

14. The display module of claim 10, further comprising a display panel configured to display an image,

wherein the display panel comprises an organic light emitting diode panel.

16. A display module, comprising:

a bottom portion including end portions and a plurality of elongated ridge portions that protrude from a rear side of the bottom portion; and

a reinforcing panel including end portions and configured to attach to the end portions of the bottom portion and attach to each of the plurality of elongated ridge portions.

17. The display module of claim 16, wherein each of the plurality of elongated ridge portions are formed in parallel with the end portions.

18. The display module of claim 17, wherein each of the plurality of elongated ridge portions are spaced apart from each other.

19. The display module of claim 16, wherein the bottom portion and the reinforcing panel are formed of a same material.

20. The display module of claim 16, further comprising:

a display panel configured to display an image,

wherein the bottom portion forms a rear surface of the display module.

21. A display module, comprising:

a bottom portion including end portions and a plurality of elongated ridge portions that protrude from a rear side of the bottom portion; and

a reinforcing panel including end portions and configured to attach to the end portions of the bottom portion and attach to a front side of the bottom portion.

22. The display module of claim 21, wherein each of the plurality of elongated ridge portions are formed in parallel with the end portions.

23. The display module of claim 22, wherein each of the plurality of elongated ridge portions are spaced apart from each other.

24. The display module of claim 21, wherein the bottom portion and the reinforcing panel are formed of a same material.

25. The display module of claim 21, further comprising:

a display panel configured to display an image,

wherein the bottom portion forms a rear surface of the display module.
